Coherent sources of light:- “Two sources of light are said to be coherent if they emit light waves of same wavelength and I same phase or having a constant phase difference.

Conditions for obtaining two coherent sources of light:

1. The sources of light should be obtained from a single source y some device.
2. The two sources should give monochromatic light.
