Modified Ampere Circuit Rule or Maxwell Ampere Circuital Rule

According to ampere circuit rule

Properties of I_D

(1) Arises due to time varying electric flux.

(2) Exist in the non conducting part of the circuit and not in the conducting part. (As electric field varies in non conducting part)

(3) It is equal in magnitude as well as same direction as that of conduction current

(4) Has no phase difference which conduction current.
