Why should we conserve Biodiversity?

(a) Narrow utilities:-

It include 5F (food, fodder, fibre, fuel and furniture).

 

à Biodiversity is a source of many drug and medicine

à Biodiversity is a source of many essential oil, building material, construction material, lubricant.

(b) Brood Utility:-

It include ecosystem services like release of O₂, disposal of Co₂, decomposition, nutrient cycling pollination, dispersal of fruit and seed.

It also include Bulbul song in morning and flower bloom in day hour.

(c) Ethical:-

Human is very advance in civilization and we have more duty to conserve other animal we have more duty to conserve other animal.
